By submitting your photograph you are giving QACA full permission to publish these pictures on our Internet site.

You must supply us with your name, address and the location of the picture. Your name will be published with the picture.

QACA cannot accept any responsibility if pictures submitted and published, are reproduced or forwarded.

We do not accept pictures of pets, children or any material which may be seen to be offensive.

We will notify you prior to publishing the photograph.

All photographs published will be deleted after one month.

If QACA wish to re-use  any photograph submitted we will contact you for permission.
